Validity

  • Use your voucher on any date after booking is confirmed

Delivery Information

  • The eSIM QR code and installation instructions will be sent to the email stated within 24 hours
  • If you have not received the QR code in time, please contact our customer service via email (bc_support02@weitaige.com) or LINE (ID: bc_support)
  • Please do not use the QR code found in the Klook voucher for activation

Activation Procedure

  • The activation procedure for iOS, Android and Google Pixel could be found here. Internet connection is required to install the eSIM. Please ensure that there is available WiFi or mobile data before installation eSIM
  • Receive an email titled "eSIM Information and Quick Start Guide" containing the eSIM QR code and installation instructions within 24 hours. Please do not use the QR code found in the Klook voucher for activation
  • eSIM can only be installed once. Do not delete/remove your eSIM from your device after successful installation
  • The QR code will be valid for 90 days starting from the day it is sent to your designated email. Please install it into your mobile phone and activate it abroad within 90 days to avoid it becoming invalid
  • Calculation method of days: The activation time to 11:59 pm of the activation day is considered 1 day(GMT+8)
  • If there is any issue, customers can reach out to bc_support02@weitaige.com. Do expect to receive a reply within 24 hours
