Where can I be dropped off at?
If your drop-off locations is at the destnation of Hakone, Kamakura, and Karuizawa it will be charged 10,000 Yen, please pay directly to the driver when the service ends.
When will the operator contact me regarding the trip?
The driver information and car plate number will be provided to customers 1 day before the participation date from 18:00 to 2 hours before the participation time, please check your email or messaging apps(WhatsApp/Line/Kakao/Wechat).

- The total duration of the car charter service is 10 hours. The last service time is at 20:00
- It is recommended to plan your departure time so that you can fully enjoy the sights
- Please note that the operator can provide only up to 2 child safety seats per vehicle for a cost. If you need a child safety seat, please book it separately
- Please note that one child seat occupies 2 seats inside the vehicle
- Each vehicle can only accommodate a maximum of two child seats
- There is space inside the vehicle for luggage, including wheelchairs
- Please wait at least 10 minutes in advance for the driver to pick you up at the hotel lobby
- If your itinerary includes Mount Fuji 5th Station, there will be an uphill fee of JPY 1,500-JPY 3,700. Please pay directly to the local facility at Mount Fuji 5th Station area
- Please note: The driver can only speak basic English, but there will be an online staff to help fulfill the English service

Surcharge table

- Extra mileage:
- JPY 400 per kilometer
- Overtime service fee: If the service time exceeds 10 hours or service is rendered during 20:00-22:00, a surcharge will apply (less than 1-hour of service will also be considered as 1-hour)
- If the return trip is overtime due to traffic jams, there is no need to pay any overtime fee
- The pick up and drop off range is only within the 23 wards in Tokyo. If your pick up and drop off point is outside of this range, a surcharge will apply
- Excess kilometer fee: When the total journey goes over 300 km, a surcharge will apply
- If the overtime fee and the excess kilometer fee occur at the same time, only the higher amount would be charged
- Once you have booked your charter, the operator will reconfirm the amount in advance and will be in touch to notify you of your applicable surcharges
