Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes?

This event includes the private car tour from Tokyo to Mount Fuji, Hakone, Kamakura, and Yokohama, with the option for custom routes(fill in your customized routes at checkout page).

How long will be stay at each attraction?

The 6 seater and 9 seater car charter time is 10 hours. 18 seater car charter time is 9 hours. The time spent at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. As for admission tickets, this activity does not include them; you need to purchase the tickets yourself. Please refer to the package details for included fees.

What items are included in the fees?

Your package includes fuel fees, 300km & 10-hour private charter service.

What items are the extra charges?

Parking fees, Admission to attractions, Toll fees: 6/9-seater: ¥8,000–¥10,000(for reference only), Administration fees. Please pay directly to the driver when the itenerary ends.

Pick-up and drop-off locations within Tokyo 23 Wards(Refer to this Link) (Adachi, Arakawa, Bunkyo, Chiyoda, Chuo, Edogawa, Itabashi, Katsushika, Kita, Koto, Meguro, Minato, Nakano, Nerima, Ota, Setagaya, Shibuya, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Suginami, Sumida, Taito, Toshima areas.)

Where can I be dropped off at?

If your wish to drop-off at the destnation of Hakone, Kamakura, and Karuizawa, the service hour will be subtracted 1.5 hour for driver to travel back to Tokyo, and driver's return high way fee will be burdened by customer(around 4,000-5,000 Yen)

- Regarding Itinerary Changes: Once the itinerary has started, changing the drop-off location is not possible. If you need to be dropped off earlier (within a 3-kilometer radius of Tokyo Station) and the trip is likely to incur overtime fees, you will still be responsible for the overtime charges calculated to the originally scheduled drop-off location.

- Regarding Early Termination of the Trip: If you choose to end the trip early for personal reasons, please note that no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the service.

When will the operator contact me regarding the trip?

The operator will contact you 4-5 day before the participation date. The driver information and car plate number will be provided to customers 1 day before the participation date around 14:00-15:00, please check your email or messaging apps(WhatsApp/Line/Wechat).

Additional information

  • The set itinerary of each route may be changed or have partial omissions depending on the traffic and road conditions on the date of your rental. For this reason, the rental will still push through and no refunds will be issued.
  • If the road to the Mt. Fuji 5th Station is not accessible due to traffic jams or inclement weather, it will be replaced with a visit to the Mt. Fuji Shrine.
  • The driver can only speak basic English, please use the online customer service for English inquiries.
  • Please indicate your email address and telephone number can be reached during your travel period, or your preferred messaging app ID (LINE or WeChat ID only) so that you can be contacted by the charter staff. The driver's name, contact information, and vehicle number will be sent to you via the contact information you provided at least 2 days before the date of your pick up.
  • For insurance purposes, please make sure to indicate the name written on your passport as well as your gender.
  • You'll have to pay extra charges in cash if you exceed the allowable capacity for passengers and/or luggage.
  • Additional service fees may apply for areas outside the service coverage. Please confirm with customer service.
  • According to the regulations of the Japan Land Transport Bureau. The full-day service time for 13-seater and 18-seater models is 9 hours.
  • According to Japan law, all children aged 0-6 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
  • One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge

  • More than 30 minutes will be considered as one hour
  • Highway toll fees and the parking fees are not included in the package. The driver will show you the receipt after the tour, please pay the fees directly to the driver in cash
  • If you choose Route A or C, you will have to pay an uphill fee (approx. JPY1,500-JPY3,700) to the local facility at the Mt. Fuji 5th Station area
