  • Operations Team will handle thorough cleaning and disinfection before park operation
  • Sanitization of all equipment and areas that will be handled by Operations crews every session
  • All guests will be asked to sanitize their hands, and temperature will be taken before purchasing ticket/ wristband redemption. For those who have more than 37.5, a second temperature scan will be taken again. If the high temperature is consistent, they will be asked to reschedule or refuse entry

Insider Tips:

  • Compulsory: Visitors are required to sign the waiver online before participating at SuperPark (to avoid queueing at the site counter to fill in hardcopy waiver)
  • Customers that aged 16 and above (fully vaccinated) can buy tickets and enter without parent's accompany
  • Allow 10 minutes upon arrival to wear your grip socks, and store your belongings before you start your session at the SuperPark
  • Your health is our biggest concern! Precautionary measures will be made consistently to ensure a clean environment for you

  • For those who have purchased All-Day Pass, all guests are required to leave the Park temporarily during the sanitizing session
