  • The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

  • Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
  • Wheelchairs can only be accommodated in larger vehicles

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • Additional stops:
  • JPY2,000 per stop
  • Additional waiting time:
  • JPY3,500 per hour
  • For flights with delays of less than 2 hours, the driver will wait for up to 120 minutes with no surcharge
  • For flights with delays of over 2 hours, you can cancel the booking with no surcharge or pay an extra charge of JPY3,500 per hour for the driver to wait
