Luggage Information

  • Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
  • Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
  • You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
  • Please note: You must book enough cars for your traveling party. If the number of passengers and luggage exceed the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver has the right to reject the booking and no refund will be issued

Booking Requirements

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

  • Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
  • The driver can speak basic English only. However, an online staff will be available to provide fluent English service and can be contacted via the number indicated on the voucher
  • Each booking is a one-way transfer only
  • The first additional drop off stop is free of charge, please indicate any additional stops at the checkout page
