  • Loss, damage, or breakage of Pocket Wifi(ONLY screen): JPY 10,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of Pocket Wifi(ONLY back cover): JPY 2,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of AC adapter: JPY 2,000

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made before the redemption
