- During snowy periods, national holidays, or weekends, traffic control may be implemented at Taipingshan National Forest Recreation Area. To maximize the time to enjoy the snowy scenery, the departure time will be changed to 06:00 at Taipei Station, M8 exit (The actual departure time will be confirmed by customer service one day before departure).
- In case of restricted access to Taipingshan National Forest Recreation Area due to snowfall, alternative arrangements will be provided.
- For safety reasons, the tour is not recommended for travelers aged 70+ or with mobility issues or health concerns; it is required that they are accompanied by family members or friends to participate in the tour.
- Seat assignments will be based on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations are not accommodated.
