Delivery Information
- Your SIM card will be delivered to you 3 day(s) after your booking is confirmed
- Your Sim card will be sent by courier and should reach in about 3 working days after your booking, but can occasionally take few days longer
- Delivery is valid in all parts of the country
- For customers who need the sim card before the standard 3-5 business day delivery schedule, you may opt to pay an additional surcharge to courier directly (approximate amount or the surcharge is USD1.5-USD3)
Activation Procedure
- The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
- Insert the SIM card into your mobile device
- Please ensure that data and data roaming are turned on in your mobile device (For iOS: Settings > Mobile Data and Mobile Data Option; For Android: Settings > Mobile Networks). Please find instruction here
- Restart your phone for Sim card to sync
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hour(s) before the selected activity date

Usage reminder
Booking guidelines
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- This is mainly a Data SIM card. No local phone number and incoming calls and texts. Topping up additional credits is possible
- Please note: Sim is set to activate on your indicated activation date. Please provide activation date at check out page and make sure the date is correct or message supplier in case of date change
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
