- Your SIM card will be delivered with Singpost and should reach in about 4 working days after your booking is confirmed, but can occasionally take few days longer
Activation Procedure
- The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
- Insert the SIM card into your mobile device
- Please ensure that data and data roaming are turned on in your mobile device (For iOS: Settings > Mobile Data and Mobile Data Option; For Android: Settings > Mobile Networks)
- Wait for a few minutes for your mobile device and SIM Card to sync. Restart your mobile device if the connection process takes too long
- Please note: SIM is set to activate on your indicated departure date. Please make sure the date is correct and message supplier in case of date change
