Confirmation was fast and e ticket was sent to email immediately . Detail instruction on how to use or redeem the ticket. Reasonable price and really save us alot of time queuing. All we have to do is print out or download the tickets and show it to entrance staff. They scanned the bar code and off we go into the park!

There is a staff and photographer called PK. Five-star awesome process because of his detailed explanation and shooting made the whole experience much more peace of mind and a lot of laughter! Be sure to choose to insert into the water because that is the most interesting part of the whole process👍👍👍

The treetop challenge is amazing. Be aware that when you book with Klook and you choose a date and time that you are NOT booked in with the treetop challenge. Their systems are NOT connected. You still need to call the Treetop challenge people and reserve your timeslot. Be aware that the time you booked over Klook might be full and not available anymore. But the Challenge was amazing and the staff from the Treetop Challenge very helpful and friendly.
