Booking guidelines

• Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues
• Apple: All models released starting from iPhone XS, iPhoneXS Max, iPhone XR, and iPhone SE (2nd generation) are available. (eSIM is not supported for iPhones purchased in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.)
• Android: All models released starting from Flip4 and Fold4 are available.
• Since the mobile phone does not have the function to recognize its own QR code, please be sure to print the voucher or pre-register the QR code.
• You can use it immediately after registering eSIM. To register, you must be connected to Wi-Fi or wireless data, so you must register before departure or use the free Wi-Fi at the airport.
• eSIM is available immediately upon registration. After checking the date of use, register the eSIM according to that date.
• By default, hotspot/tethering functions are available, but depending on the local telecommunication company's policy, there may be cases where it is not possible without prior notice. There may be restrictions depending on local traffic, etc. Please understand that it is difficult to answer this question accurately as it follows the policy of the relevant telecommunication company.
