• This is not a seat-designated ticket. Please exchange your voucher for a physical bus ticket at the Ticket Booth and sit in the seat marked on the ticket.
• Children under 5 years old can board free of charge (passports required). However, only one child per person can board for free; for two children per person, a ticket for one child must be purchased separately.
• The interval and schedule may change depending on the traffic situation.
• If you leave your belongings on the bus, please call +82-2-551-0754.
• Free baggage allowance is 2 pieces per ticket (23kg per piece). For excess baggage, a fee equivalent to the children's fare per additional piece may be charged.
• Partial use and partial refund are not possible. If there is a change in the number of users, you must cancel and repurchase.
• If you purchase a ticket departing from COEX, you cannot board at Incheon Airport Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
• If you purchase a ticket departing from Incheon Airport Terminal 1, you cannot board at Terminal 2 or COEX.
• If you purchase a ticket departing from Incheon Airport Terminal 2, you cannot board at Terminal 1 or COEX.
• Please be sure to observe the boarding time after exchanging your boarding pass. Failure to board at the boarding time listed on the exchanged boarding pass may result in restricted service.

• Visit the Ticket Booth (please check the package details for exact locations)
• Please exchange your voucher for a physical bus ticket depending on the bus time you want at the Ticket Booth.
• Please get on the bus at the corresponding time with your physical bus ticket.
