• 08:30 Meeting point at Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty and look for KLOOK | SEAMAUI BORNEO logo. If needed snorkeling gears, you can rent & pay at Yellow Kiosk
• 08:45 Proceed 10-15 minutes boat transfer to Manukan Island or Mamutik Island or Sapi Island. Enjoy your beach snorkeling or participate Water Sports (Can be purchase in advance with the Seamaui Borneo operator)
• 12:00 Lunch (At your own expenses. Can be purchase at the island restaurant)
• 13:00 Relaxation & Leisure
• 14:00 Depart 10-15 minutes back to Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty. If you wanted to request to go back early, please inform our island crew. Subject to boat availability

Luggage Information

• Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Children aged 0-2 can travel free of charge
• Child ticket: Age 3-11

Additional information

• Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
• In case of schedule changes or cancellation due to traffic, weather or other force majeure, the operator has the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary
• Please note: Please keep your physical boat ticket at all times as island management will check the ticket upon arrival and return back to jetty
• Please note: Please opt to choose the earliest departure time if you plan to visit 3 islands
• Kindly book your travel boat ticketing date correctly
• If the Ticketing or Voucher(s) date is not same with the Travel Booking Date on jetty arrival, your boat ticket(s) will be not be entertain, refund, cancel and change date. Customer(s) have to purchase the Boat Ticketing again on the counter by Cash
• Boat Tickets or Vouchers is by according to the Travel Booking Date to use/redeem
• Any damage or loss on the rental Mask & Snorkel, a penalty of MYR150 per set
• Any damage or loss on the rental Fins, a penalty of MYR150 per pair
• Any damage or loss on the rental Towel, a penalty of MYR30 per pair
• Please DO NOT throw away your Boat Ticket. Every Island Management needs to check upon arrival and returning back to Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty
• Boat Ticket LOST will be bare by own Customer cost
