- If you need a child seat, the first one is free, and the second one costs JP¥2,500 (add-on)
- Driver details will be sent out between the day before 6:00 PM and up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Please be aware of your email or messenger apps for notifications.
- Range of play: the area within 100 kilometers from the departure hotel
- Please relay the specific itinerary with the supplier in time after placing the order, so that the itinerary is not delayed
- The regular service time period for chartered cars is 8:00 am–10:00 am. If you do not use the car during this service time period, please contact customer service for confirmation
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

- Extra mileage:
- JPY 400 per kilometer
- Outside service hours:
- JPY 5,000 per hour
- If the service time is less than one hour, it will be considered as one hour, please pay the driver on the spot
- If the return journey is overtime due to traffic jams, there is no need to pay overtime fees
- When the total trip exceeds 300 kilometers, an additional mileage fee will be charged
- If the overtime fee and the extra mileage fee occur at the same time, the highest single item will be charged, and the two items will not be charged at the same time.
