The cuisine at North combines traditional Lanna recipes along with modern day cooking techniques and cultures. At North we preserve the original character of Lanna foods while applying creativity in the cooking and presentation to elevate the taste and overall dining experience.

At North we produce the finest dishes and desserts by using the best ingredients essentially from Northern Thailand.
