Activation Procedure

  • To activate the wifi device, press and hold the 'Power' button for 3 seconds until all 3 indicator lights will flash green. The indicator will light up in succession as the Hotspot connects to a local network.When not in use, the device should be switched off. Press and hold the 'Power' button for 3 seconds until all lights go off.

Pick Up Information

  • Present your voucher when you pick up the device

Drop Off/Return Information

  • Deposit is refunded after the device is returned
  • Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
  • Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be deducted from the deposit. An extra fee will be charged if the deposit is insufficient

Delivery Information

  • Receive your deposit refund when you return the device
  • Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
  • In case of late returns, lost, or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required

Surcharges

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
