※ July is a rainy season with heavy rain, so we do not operate Fireworks Music Cruise. It will operate as Moonlight Cruise in July. (Fireworks Cruise will re-operating in August.)

Notice
- You must bring your passport.
- Present the voucher at the ticket office and fill out the boarding report.
- Cruise operation dates may vary / be canceled depending on the cruise or weather conditions. In this case, our CS Team will contact you via email
- Please go to the E-land Ticket Office and fill out the boarding report first, and redeem a physical ticket after checking your Id Card (Please note that a mobile ticket is not allowed due to checking your identification).
- Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show is operated only from April to October. It can be canceled due to bad weather or Seoul City conditions without prior notice
- Electric wheelchairs, electric strollers are not allowed (folding ones can be folded and boarded)
- On weekends and during the April Spring Flower Festival, the surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested and parking takes a lot of time, so please use public transportation. (If you are unable to board on the day due to parking and traffic difficulties, you cannot cancel or change your reservation).
- Please check your reservation date and product carefully, and be sure to read the detailed notes on usage. (Access to Yeouido Pier / Information on ID / Usage Guidelines and Cancellation Policy)
