Delivery Information

  • District 9, Thu Duc, Nha Be, Binh Chanh, Hoc Mon, Go Vap, 12: VND50,000/2 ways
  • Suburban districts outside of Listed districts are subject to additional fees.
  • Customer will be responsible for additional fees on urgent delivery request.
  • We do not deliver to airport
  • The deposit + shipping fee will be collected directly from the operator
  • Deposit is 1,000,000vnd per device

Surcharges

  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: VND1,500,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: VND100,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: VND100,000
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of manual: VND100,000
  • Please kindly inform the operator at least one day in advance in case of extending the rental period
  • If the device is broken, the operator will assess the situation and arrange a replacing device

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
  • In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
  • In case of cancellation due to force majeure, delivery fee won't be refunded
