• You may bring ski equipment and 1 luggage per person.

• Infants aged below 3 will be free of charge, provided that they do not occupy a seat

• This vehicle is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
• In the event of flight delays or cancellations, the bus departure time may be adjusted as an emergency measure.
• If a delay or cancellation of a flight makes it impossible for a passenger to board the bus on the scheduled departure date, the bus may be transferred to the next day or later, or another means of transportation may be provided (at the expense of the passenger). In such a case, however, bus company will not be liable for any costs incurred by the customer.
• Food, drinks and smoking are not allowed in the vehicle
• When booking your bus time, please make sure to allow plenty of time for your Airplane-to-Bus or Bus-to-Airplane connection. Please note that there will be no refunds for delays due to insufficient connection time.※Required connection time: [Domestic Flight] 45min from Airplane to Bus/60min from Bus to Airplane [International flight] 90min from Airplane to Bus/150min from Bus to Airplane
• Please come to the meeting point 15 min before your bus departure time. We will not wait for passengers who do not show up after the departure time. In this case, we will treat it as "no-show" and no refund will be processed.
