Booking guidelines

  • Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is eSIM compatible and not SIM locked
  • iPhones purchased in Hong Kong, Macau, and China are not eSIM compatible

  • The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local mobile carrier
  • This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls and SMS are not supported61
  • Top-up is available. Refer to order email for details
  • Data package is valid for 180 days from date of purchase
  • We recommend you scan/download the eSIM to install into phone BEFORE you travel, so we can assist you if needed
  • The data package can only activate when you are at the destination country

Usage reminder

  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
  • Unlimited data packages will follow the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). FUP refers to the Fair Usage Policy practiced by ISPs worldwide to throttle internet speeds on unlimited plans to prevent misuse or excessive use of the bandwidth provided
  • ‘2 GB daily unlimited’ means that the first 2 GB is full speed, and thereafter the internet speed may slow down but not slower than 384 KBps. Each day is counted as a 24-hour block from the time of activation. Example: 6pm to 6pm
  • Fixed data packages have no speed limitation. The package will expire when the data is used up. You can top-up more data via Klook

Delivery Information

  • eSIM QR code and instructions will be separately emailed from szoove@brightline.com.sg to the customer within 30 minutes

Activation Procedure

  • eSIM can reinstall into the same device up to 10 times but cannot transfer to another device
