《Entrance Instructions》

Chimelong Spaceship is an all-indoor venue that implements a "one-way" visit mode. To ensure that every guest has a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience in the park, please follow the guide during the visit, listen to the instructions of the on-site staff, and strictly abide by the following "Visit Instructions". If you have any questions, please contact the staff!

Security Check Process: To ensure public safety, guests entering Chimelong Spaceship must undergo security checks. Please take the initiative to open your carry-on luggage to cooperate with the security check. For safety reasons, we may refuse guests from bringing individual items into the park.

Other matters of cooperation:

  • Please carefully read the safety rules of each attraction and facility, and measure whether your own and your companions' age, height, mental state, physical fitness, physical condition and weight are suitable for the experience.
  • If you purchase a park package, hotel room package, annual pass, or other experience products, you will need to provide fingerprints, portraits, ID numbers, contact information, and other necessary information (please refer to the "Chimelong Resort Fingerprint/Portrait Recognition Technology Usage Guidelines" for details).
  • Take care of and supervise children and elders traveling with you. Do not let children with you leave the guardian's sight. Parent-child safety ropes are not allowed in the park. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the park.
  • To ensure the safety of animals in the park, visitors are not allowed to bring in other food and drinks except baby food and appropriate drinking water.

    • Company Rights:

  • The park implements a one-person-one-ticket system. Once sold, it cannot be transferred or refunded (except for cases permitted by laws and regulations); it is only used for admission during the validity period and is not applicable to special programs that require additional fees. Expired tickets are invalid.
  • The park may temporarily change the opening hours of amusement attractions or temporarily close any area due to bad weather, the park's carrying capacity, health and safety needs, or other necessary reasons. The suspension or cancellation of theater performances without prior notice is a force majeure event and no refund or compensation will be made.
  • Please take good care of the items you carry with you. The park will not be responsible for any financial damage or loss.
  • Some attractions in the park are dimly lit, the environment is closed, and the VR simulation experience is realistic. People with claustrophobia, a history of heart disease, abnormal blood pressure, and other similar diseases should not participate. All consequences caused by concealing the truth shall be borne by the parties themselves.
  • The park may arrange filming, photography or recording. Guests entering the park are deemed to agree to use their portraits, sounds and images for company business, administrative and operational purposes or other legal purposes.
  • Anyone who violates the rules of this park and the safety rules in the park or engages in dangerous, illegal or rude behavior, or to protect public safety, security or order, or special circumstances deemed necessary by the park, etc., the park has the right to refuse such persons entry to the park, or require such persons to leave the park immediately without any refund or compensation.
