What should I do if I don't have network connection after arriving at the destination?

iOS

  1. Make sure your eSIM is turned on. Go to Settings > Celluar and select the eSIM from "SIMs". Toggle on "Turn on This Line".
  2. Make sure the data roaming is turned on: toggle on "Data Roaming" from the eSIM settings.
  3. If "3G" is displayed beside the signal bar, try upgrading the iOS software to the latest version.

Android

  1. Double-check if you selected the eSIM as your mobile network.
  2. See if you turned on data roaming.
