When will I receive the refund?

Online refund:

  • If you paid via PayPal, the fee will be refunded immediately.
  • If paid with a credit card, it will take about 5-7 working days for the refund to be returned to your account. However, it may take up to 30 working days depending on your bank.
  • If you didn't receive the refund after the above time frame, please contact our customer support.

Offline refund:

  • You can receive the refund directly. If the ticket has been collected, a refund fee of NT$20 will be charged per ticket.
