Why didn't I earn credits for my review even though I satisfied all the requirements?

You can't earn credits for reviews on the following:

• Free bookings
• Bookings made again within 30 days of taking part in the previous one
• Bookings with a total value of below US$5
• If you have already written 10 reviews within the same month (credits can only be earned for the first 10 reviews each month)

If your bookings don't match with any of the conditions above, you can earn credits when:

• You write more than 100 characters (more than 40 characters for Chinese) of feedback (20 credits)
• You upload 3 or more photos (30 credits)
