Usage reminder
- You will be charged for the entire duration of your trip only (per day). If you are departing on 1 May and returning on 5 May, you will be charged for 5 days of usage. Please select your departure date upon booking
- This particular service is provided in 44 nations in Europe, with device pick up and drop off at your address. For WiFi services in other regions, please see the individual destinations
- WiFi devices are generally available. In the rare event that it has been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- Select your required number of days upon booking. If you decide to extend your use of the device, you can pay for the extra days upon its return

- Your WiFi device will be delivered to you 2 day(s) before your departure date
- Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
- In case of late returns, lost, or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required

- Free shipping areas in Ho Chi Minh: Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11; Phu Nhuan district, Binh Thanh district
- If delivery address is outside of free shipping districts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, an additional surcharge of VND35,000 will apply and should be in cash directly to the shipper
- You must present your voucher upon pick up
- Please note: You will be asked to leave VND1,000,000 deposit to the shipper
- Return Time: 9:00am-11:30am and 2:00pm-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
- WiFi device will be picked up from the address 1-2 days after your trip, our shipper will contact you to coordinate your pick up
- If everything is in order, you will be refunded VND1,000,000 of your full deposit upon its return
