What is the cancellation policy?
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel on the same day you made the booking or at least 2 days before the departure.
- 5% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel between between 1 day and 1 hour before departure
- A 10% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel less than 1 hour before departure
- A 30% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel after departure until the scheduled arrival time
- You can't get a refund if you cancel after the scheduled arrival time
