New Hygiene Protocol Has Been Implemented:
Before entering the lobby
- Guests are required to wash their hands and wear a face mask
- Guests with a body temperature above 37.5 degrees or/and suffering from influenza or coughing are not allowed to do treatment
- Guests can reschedule the time or cancel the voucher with no cancellation fee
While waiting in the Lobby
- The operator will arrange social distancing for the guest and their staff
- To minimize the waiting time, the operator required the guest to come on time (not early)
- The operator will sanitize the lobby for every guest turnover
Before the massage starting
- A therapist with a body temperature above 37.5 degrees will not be allowed to handle the guest
- Guests are required to change their shoes/sandals before entering the treatment room
- Guests are required to have a shower before starting the treatment.
- Therapist will wear a face shield and face mask during the treatment.
- Therapist will use hand sanitizer before starting the massage
- The operator will sanitize the room, including the bathtub and massage table, before the treatment start and after the treatment finish
- The operator will change all the linen after the treatment like they usually do
For Pick Up and drop
- Driver will measure his body temperature and show it to guest
- Driver and guests are required to wear a face mask in the car
- Cars are sanitized every guest turnover
