- All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding
- Booking must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pick-up time

- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Child seats are not available
- If typhoon signal No. 8 is issued in Hong Kong, pick-up and drop-off services will be suspended. Passengers can discuss with the driver the additional charges for continuing their trip.
- Regular service hours: 08:00-22:00 daily· If traveling at other times, passengers will be notified by the driver of additional charges for non-service hour.
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Outside service hours:
- CNY 100 per hour
- Additional stops:
- CNY80 per stop
- Service hours between 06:00 - 08:00 or 22:00 - 23:00 will be charged CNY200
- Additional CNY400 will be charged between 23:00 - 6:00
- Additional stops can only be along the same route or in the same area
- If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, it will charge 200 RMB for the first hour, and if it exceeds the second hour, it will be deemed that the service has been used
- If typhoon signal No. 3 is issued in Hong Kong, the pick-up service can continue, but an additional fee will be charged: CNY200 to Macau / CNY400 to Hong Kong International Airport
