- For the capacity of 6 passengers can check in a maximum 4 pieces of luggage and 2 hand carry (RMB80 surcharge per extra luggage) . Each suitcase shall not exceed 55cm x 35cm x 22cm (28"). The dimensions include wheels, handles, and side pockets
- Oversized and excess baggage are subjected to the availability of storage space on the vehicle and may be caused a surcharge, you can make the special request upon checkout
Additional information
- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Booking must be made at least 8 hours before scheduled pick up time
- Child seats are not available
- When No. 3 Typhoon signal is raised in Hong Kong, the service will still be available, should any guests require it. However, there will be an additional fee of CNY200 for transfers to Shenzhen City or CNY400 for transfers to Shenzhen Airport
- If No. 8 or above typhoon signal is raised, all services will be suspended
- Please prepare your own valid visa or other travel documents before taking the transfer service
- From December 2017 onwards, all passengers traveling from Hong Kong to China are required to get off the vehicle with their luggage before crossing the border on foot. After you've crossed the border, you will be able to get on the vehicle once more
- Guangzhou Areas include: Guangzhou City/Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport
- Other Guangdong Areas include: Dongguan/Zhongshan/Foshan/Panyu/Shunde City
- Surcharge may be applied for rural areas. For other areas within Guangdong, please kindly email support@klook.com with your pick up and drop off point and we will confirm the surcharge rate
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- CNY100 for services from 06:00-20:00 and 22:00-00:00
- CNY200 each way for service 00:00-06:00
- CNY80 for each additional stop (en route or same district only)
- If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, it will charge 200 RMB for the first hour, and if it exceeds the second hour, it will be deemed that the service has been used
