Delivery Information
- Your WiFi device will be delivered to you 2 day(s) before your departure date
- Your deposit will be refunded in about 3 day(s). This may vary depending on the issuing bank
- In case of late returns, lost, or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required
- Please indicate your delivery address on the checkout page. WiFi will be delivered to you after the operator has received the deposit. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. The operator will inform the shipping cost to you

- Customers will pay a transfer fee to a different bank
