  • You can use the Pay Balance by plugging in the IC chip at the offline store to reload your Transit Balance. When you taking public transportation, you can use the Transit Balance by tagging NFC.
  • 2. Is there a stored value limit?
  • The Pay Balance and Transit Balance of the card are both 500,000 KRW. So, that means you may top up each Balance to 500,000 KRW maximum.
  • 3. What is the expiry date after purchasing QR code through Klook?
  • Please issue a physical customized card (QR) within 5 years upon purchase from Klook.
  • 4. What kind of company is Namane Card? Can you trust the company?
  • I-Aurora Co. Ltd, which sells Namane Card, is an electronic financial business registered with the “Prepaid Electronic Payment Method Issuance and Management Business” and issues and manages prepaid cards under the management of the Financial Supervisory Service. Prepaid payments deposited by customers will be disclosed on the website in accordance with the Financial Supervisory Service’s User Fund Protection Guidelines. In addition, the customer’s prepaid recharge is guaranteed through payment guarantee insurance.

  • You can report a lost card through "NAMANE" APP. Details please find in Namane Card Service Manual – “17 Report Lost Card”.
