- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email

Delivery Information
- Your WiFi device will be delivered to you 1 day(s) before your departure date
- Receive your deposit refund when you return the device
- Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
- In case of late returns, lost, or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required

- If everything is in order, you will be refunded VND1,000,000 of your full deposit upon its return
- Please note: This delivery service is only available in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
- Free shipping areas in Hanoi: Hoan Kiem district, Ba Dinh district, Dong Da district, and Hai Ba Trung district
- Free shipping areas in Ho Chi Minh City: Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11; Phu Nhuan district, Binh Thanh district
- If delivery address is outside of free shipping districts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, an additional surcharge of VND35,000 will apply and should be in cash directly to the shipper
