- The physical card is permanently valid, but the amount in the card is valid for 366 days. If there is no transaction action (recharging or swiping the card) within 366 days, the amount in the card will become invalid. If within 366 days, whether it is swiping the card or recharging (more than 1 yuan), the validity period of the amount can be extended for 366 days
- Small mottled, black dots, trachoma, bumpy eyes, scratches, slight color differences and other minor discrepancies on the physical card are unavoidable, and refund applications for this reason will not be accepted
- The transportation card has been recharged in advance. If you want to recharge later, you can go to the manual window or self-service machine in the national bus or subway station to recharge
- If you need to increase the recharge amount, you can pay and recharge separately when picking up at the collection point
