What are reserved seats and non-reserved seats?

Reserved seat: You can choose your seat preference and we will try our best to assign seats based on your preference. However, this is not guaranteed, and will depend on seat availability in your chosen trains.

Non-reserved seat: You will have more flexibility in taking any train on the specified date/route. However, seats are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your train is full, you might need to stand throughout the journey.
