Discover Kaikōura in a whole new light on our 3.5-hour adventure eco-tour. Your journey begins at central Kaikōura, where our friendly crew awaits. After a brief orientation, enjoy a scenic 15-minute shuttle ride to our staging area in air-conditioned comfort. From there, hop aboard our custom-built Unimog 4X4 for a unique exploration of Kahutara river’s streams and Rakanui Station. Accompanied by two expert local guides, delve into the region’s rich history, local tales, and learn how your EcoZip experience contributes to the restoration of Rakanui Station’s farmland to native forest
