- Please switch your phone back on, so you are reachable. You will receive a text or WhatsApp message from the operator with updated info once you land
- International (Terminal 1): Please proceed to "the meeting point" located inside the arrival hall between A and B
- Domestic (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3): Please wait at the baggage carousel where you are to collecting your luggage from
- Driver will hold a “Go Sydney Shuttle” sign.
- The operator will track your flight and wait for 60 minutes at the International terminal and 45 minutes at the Domestic terminal from the time your flight arrives
- As this is a shared shuttle service, there may not be a driver waiting immediately or the driver might have to wait for other passengers to arrive as well
