- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Please indicate your e-mail address, local phone number or social media account (only applicable to WeChat, LINE, WhatsApp) on the payment page for the staff to contact. The driver's name, contact information and license plate number will be notified one day before the pick-up through the contact information provided by you
- The driver will be waiting at the agreed location. If you cannot find the driver after arriving at the pick-up location, please call the supplier’s customer service number (provided on the voucher) in time, and be sure to activate the international roaming service
- According to Japan law, all children aged 0-4 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
- One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Child seat:
- JPY 1,000 per seat
- Additional hours:
- JPY4,000 per hour
- If the service time exceeds 10 hours (for example: traffic jam), an overtime fee will be charged, and less than 1 hour will be calculated as 1 hour
