- Children aged 0-3 can join this activity free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
- If you would like your child to be seated, you must purchase a separate ticket for them
- Children aged 4+ will be charged the same rate as adults

- This vehicle is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
- Trip duration: 3 hours. This activity is a shared transfer therefore the trip duration is approximate and might fluctuate due to external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, toilet break, etc
- This activity provides group pick-up, therefore please expect 10-15 mins delay to pick-up other passengers
- Seat arrangement: seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to seat groups together
- Pet policy(Only apply for Deluxe 9-seater minibus)
- Each passenger can bring 1 pet that its weight is not over 7kg. The pet must stay in pet carrier and must be accompanied. The pet must have no smell.
- Do not bring food and drink of pet on car
- Surcharge for bringing pet on car is 70,000 VND (pet traveling with owner) or 150,000 (pet traveling alone) and pay directly to the operator
- Your pet will be arranged to stay at the luggage area
