Booking Requirements
- All travelers must arrange their own Chinese visas in advance
- Most nationalities can apply for a visa on arrival for the Shenzhen area only. However you will be required to apply in person at the border and pass through on foot. Customers already in possession of Chinese visas can complete the immigration process in the vehicle
- Please make sure you check your own visa requirements in advance
Additional information
- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Child seats are not available
- When No. 3 Typhoon signal is raised in Hong Kong, the service will still be available, should any guests require it. However, there will be an additional fee of CNY200 for transfers to Shenzhen City or CNY400 for transfers to Shenzhen Airport
- From Dec 2017 onwards, all passengers traveling from Hong Kong to China are required to get off the vehicle with their luggage before crossing the border on foot. After you've crossed the border, you will be able to get on the vehicle once more
