Surcharge table
- Outside service area: JPY 10000 will be charged, if your pick-up/drop-off location is outside Osaka City
- Extra mileage: JPY500/km will be charged, if the total journey goes over 300km
- Additional hours: JPY 5000/hour. If exceeds 10 hours per day, less than 1 hour of service will also be considered as 1 hour for the additional hours surcharge fee
- If the overtime fee and the excess kilometer fee occur at the same time, only the higher amount would be charged
- If the return trip is overtime due to traffic jams, there is no need to pay any overtime fee
