Activation Procedure

  • To activate the wifi device, press and hold the 'Power' button for 2-3 seconds until the screen of the wifi device lights up
  • The flashing green light indicates that the device is ready for use
  • When not in use, the device should be switched off. Press and hold the 'Power' button for 2-3 seconds until the light goes off

Pick Up Information

  • Present your voucher with your passport or photo ID when you pick up the device
  • Devices can only be picked up and returned during business hours
  • No deposit required will be required, instead you will be asked to provide credit card details instead. The card will only been charged if the device has been lost or damaged. Please fill out credit card information form at the pick up counter

Drop Off/Return Information

  • Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
  • Return the device to the Unite Traveler service counter or return the device into a 24 hour drop off box available at all the airports above

Surcharges

  • Additional Days: TWD220 per day
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: TWD5,200 (SIM card included)
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: TWD300
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: TWD
  • Exterior scratches or damage: TWD1,500
  • Loss or breakage of cord set and plug: TWD150
  • Loss or breakage of entire set: TWD5,800

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hour(s) before the selected activity date
