Notification:

  • Passengers must arrive at the Klook boarding counter at least 60 minutes before the departure time and present their passports or ID cards for the exchange of Penghu ferry tickets.
  • Boarding gates will be closed 20 minutes before the departure time.
  • Disabled passengers should book the "Disabled" ticket type and present valid identification for verification at the ticket counter before boarding the Penghu ferry.
  • Please note that for passengers choosing the shuttle between Chiayi High-Speed Rail Station and Budai Port, the supplier will inform you of the actual shuttle time.
  • The ferry ticket is issued under real-name system and is limited to the person named on the ticket. If there is a need to change the passenger, please make sure to inquire with the ferry company (06-9277995) in advance, and follow the arrangements provided by the company for the change
  • Recommended high-speed rail schedules: For the outbound journey, please choose a train that arrives in Chiayi before 08:00; for the return journey, please choose a train departing from Chiayi after 19:30.
  • Recommended train schedules: For the outbound journey, please choose a train that arrives in Chiayi before 07:30; for the return journey, please choose a train departing from Chiayi after 19:30.

Restrictions:

  • Foreign guests (non-Taiwanese residents) are unable to book senior citizen / compassion / compassion with companion tickets.
  • Ski equipment, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf equipment are not allowed on board.
  • If you have special luggage such as wheelchairs or items with dimensions smaller than 60cm x 60cm x 60cm and weighing less than 10kg, please contact KLOOK customer service to reserve a spot. Electric wheelchairs cannot be brought on board.
  • If you wish to bring bicycle on board, please inform us at the time of booking. Additional fees of 100 TWD per trip will be collected by the crew upon boarding. Limit of 1 bicycle per person (transportation service only, no responsibility for storage).
  • If you need to transport large goods or have special transportation requirements, please inform us at the time of booking. If not notified, the shipping company may refuse boarding based on the flight's transportation conditions. (This ferry primarily focuses on passenger transportation).

  • If the ferry cancels due to weather and inability to contact you by phone, the supplier will notify you by email one day in advance.
  • If you group need to travel on the same ticket, please indicate it in the booking remarks or purchase it under the same order. If you inform us of the need to adjust the seat after the seat assignment, a handling fee of 100 TWD will be charged.

Pet Boarding Notes:

  • Accepted pets: cats, dogs, rabbits, turtles, parrots. They must be healthy, harmless, clean, and odorless. Each cage can only accommodate one pet.
  • Pets not accepted: rodents, fish, snakes, animals susceptible to foot-and-mouth disease, protected species, pets with toxicity or aggression, and pets under ten weeks old (cats, dogs, rabbits).

Pet-related precautions:

  • Please check in early and sign the pet declaration form for pre-transportation procedures.
  • Our company is only responsible for providing storage space and does not assume liability for pets during the voyage. Any changes related to pets are not the responsibility of the shipping company.
  • Pets must be transported in cages (birds must be covered), and large dogs must wear muzzles and be leashed without affecting the rights of other passengers. No food or water should be placed in the cages, and the cages should have a tray for animal waste to prevent spillage.
  • Pets are not allowed to be inside the cabin.
  • The ship's crew will arrange storage space based on the day's boarding situation, and owners cannot refuse (except for functional pets required by disabled individuals, such as guide dogs).
  • Owners must ensure that pets are comfortable and do not pose a danger to themselves or cause discomfort to other passengers or staff.
  • Generally, each passenger can bring one pet. For larger-sized pets, they will be charged as oversized luggage. Please contact the respective counters and onboard staff for the charging method.

  • For passengers prone to motion sickness, it is strongly recommended to take motion sickness medication 30 minutes before the activity., and choose new vessel option to experience safer and faster transportation to Penghu. The stability of the vessel has significantly improved, reducing dizziness during the voyage.
  • If you have a request for combining orders, please indicate it when placing the order. We will arrange your tickets to neighboring seats. If there are no special remarks, the purchased tickets will be assigned to you, and the seats cannot be changed.
