  • Please note the capacity is dependent on the numbers or size of luggage
  • Reminder: For participants in group of 7 passengers and above, you will be required to hire a licensed tour guide to accompany you during the tour

Luggage Information

  • Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
  • Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
  • You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
  • The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Booking Requirements

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

Additional information

  • Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
  • You may explore Kota Kinabalu and surrounding areas, as long as your itinerary requires it. The operator will advise and calculate any existing surcharges for traveling outside city limits
  • Kindly indicate your intended destinations and activities for your trip in Sabah. The operator will discuss and confirm the itinerary with you before the start of your tour
  • If you are unable to locate our representative or the appointed meeting place, please call the telephone number stated on your voucher
  • If there will be any changes regarding the pick up time, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your departure. The change request is subject to seat availability
  • The cars are accessible to disabled passengers and pregnant women. However, the vehicles do not have sufficient space to accommodate assistive equipment (i.e., wheelchairs)

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • Outside service areas:
  • MYR 15 per person (Group of 1-3) for Kota Kinabalu surrounding areas
  • Additional hours:
  • MYR50 (Sedan and MPV) per hour per hour
  • MYR80 (Minivan) per hour per hour
  • An additional night service charge of 50% of the original price will apply if you booked the transfer between 22:00-05:00, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
