Read Safety Precautions before signing up for the activity. Signing up for the activity is regarded as the participant agreeing on all of the Safety Precautions

[Safety Precautions: Pre-Drive]

• It is advised to wear waterproof shoes or sandals. Do not wear trousers or long skirts. Put on the helmet and sports braces properly.
• Do not drink alcoholic drinks or take any medication before driving the ATV.
• Pregnant women, people with a disability, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and seizures shall not participate in the activity.
• Please follow the instruction and the tutorial for driving the ATV.
• If participants feel any discomfort during the activity, do not push themselves to drive the ATV to prevent injury.
• People with a disability shall proactively inform the instructor about their body condition so that the instructor can arrange the activity for them.

[Safety Precautions: When Driving]

• Keep the following steps in mind: Cahnge the gear to neutral/ Turn the key/ Hit the brakes/ Start the engine/ Change the gear to drive forward or backward
• Only change gears when the engine speed is at a standstill to prevent a malfunction from happening
• Slow down when driving past places with the following conditions: crooked roads, height differences, and abrupt slopes
• Please follow the route and the instruction. Do not zigzag, go in the wrong direction, or drive away from the group
• Do not race, speed, or go dune bashing
• Do not drive toward the sea
• People who are above 18 can drive solo, and people who are under 3 can drive in the carpool
• When participants drive past other tourists, please slow down and drive away from them
• During the tour, do not hit the gas without permission from the instructor
• It is required to follow the instructions from the instructor no matter participants with or without ATV experience
• Please follow the pace car and keep a 10-meter distance
• If an emergency happens, follow the directions of the instructor
• Keep your hands and feet inside the vehicle
• Do not lift the vehicle from the ground
• It is unavoidable to have a certain degree of danger in the ATV tour. Please keep in mind that the most important thing in this tour is: Safety
• The participants shall be responsible for any injuries and damages caused by violating the safety precautions
• If the participants cause any damages to the vehicle, the maintenance charge shall be covered by the participant
• All participants are covered with public liability insurance. Please fill in the participant information correctly
• The supplier will not provide insurance services if there are any defiances (not wearing sports braces)
• The unit per booking is "Per Vehicle". If there are 2 passengers in 1 vehicle, please leave both of the passengers' information
