Usage reminder

  • The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
  • If the daily data limit has been reached, the speed will throttle down and will change to 3G
  • The package includes a pocket wifi device, charging cable, and pouch. However, the charging adapter is not included
  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time

Booking Guidelines

  • Please select the date you estimate to start & end the service when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at the original retail price upon return. Note: Pick up date refers to the start of the service
  • Complete the order by downloading the Yoowifi App on your phone. Log in using your phone number registered when you placed the order
  • You will be required to input VISA/ MASTERCARD/ JCB Credit Card information and sign a deposit agreement for any possible surcharges upon pick up. Once the device is returned and checked, you may request to remove your credit card information

Confirmation

  • You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

  • Use your voucher on the selected date

Activation Procedure

  • Press the power button for 3 seconds
  • Allow about 3 minutes for the connection to be established
  • WIFI LED indicator on - ready for internet connection
  • WIFI LED indicator off - no internet connection
  • WIFI LED indicator flashing - service connecting
  • Signal LED indicator on - the signal strength is shown by the strength LED indicator
  • Signal LED indicator flashing - service error
  • Battery LED indicator on - the battery capacity is shown by the strength LED indicator
  • Battery LED indicator flashing - charging
  • Please contact Yoowifi via WhatsApp or email for assistance
  • Select the WIFI setting, connect to Yoowifi-XXXXXX, where XXXXXX is the last 6 digits of your WIFI device IMEI and enter the password
  • You are now connected and good to go!

Drop Off/Return Information

  • The device will be required to be returned within 7 days of the last date of service. A prepaid mailer bag is included to return the device to be dropped at any SingPost box (https://www.singpost.com/locate-us)

Delivery Information

  • The device will be delivered within 3 working days of your travel dates
  • Delivery time would be between 10:00-22:00 on Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
  • A local courier would be used to facilitate the delivery; therefore, delivery at a specific time (e.g. at 09:00, before 12:00, after 15:00, etc.) is not available

Surcharges

  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: SGD100
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: SGD20
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: SGD20

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 day(s) before the selected activity date
