  • If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to internet, slow speed, APN settings or any other service disruption after inserting the card, please contact the operator’s customer service at: activity@bali-dmc.com/+62-85171708262
  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
