- If you arrive outside of your reserved time, you will not be able to join the tour, so give yourself extra time to come to the venue
- For every disabled visitor with a valid ticket purchased (aged 4 or older), a free carer ticket will be provided. Carers tickets can only be collected from the ticket windows when you arrive.
