What is the cancellation policy?
Depending on your payment choice, the cancellation and refund policies may be different.
Cancellation before pick up
1) Pay now: Please refer to the Terms & Conditions from your booking details found on the Bookings page. Depending on the operator, you may be able to cancel for free any time before pick up or specified hours/days before pick up. If you cancel after the specified deadline, you may be charged with a cancellation fee or not be able to get a refund.
3) Pay partial: Find the “Cancellation Policy” from your booking. The free cancellation deadline should be specified there. Click "Apply for refund” to proceed with the cancellation. You’ll get the full refund if your booking can be cancelled for free. Once the free cancellation time passes, no refunds will be given.
5) Pay at pick up: Find the "Cancellation Policy" from your booking and click "Apply for refund”. Your booking will be cancelled without any fees charged.
Cancellation after pick up or no-shows
1) Pay now: Once the rental period starts, no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given for “no-shows”.
3) Pay partial: Once the rental period starts, no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given for “no-shows”.
5) Pay at pick up: Your booking will be cancelled without charge for “no-shows”.
Your booking will be regarded as a “no-show” if you don’t pick up the car at the scheduled time, or if there is a lack of necessary documents, failure to meet the rental qualifications, or a lack of sufficient deposit amount.
What do I need to bring when picking up the car?
When picking up your car, you'll need:
- Driver's license: The main driver's license needs to have been held for at least 1 or 2 years (depending on the rental company's policy). Additional drivers must also present their driver's license. If your driver's license is not written using English characters (e.g. Arabic, Greek, Chinese, etc.), you must bring an international driving permit along with your original license. Specific requirements may differ depending on the rental supplier. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions at the time of booking and on the booking details page.
- Credit card: A valid credit card in the name of the main driver and with sufficient funds must be presented at the rental desk to pre-authorize or charge the deposit.
- Valid ID: A valid photo ID (passport, national ID, drivers licence etc.) must be presented to the car rental company. Specific requirements may differ depending on the rental supplier. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions at the time of booking and on the booking details page.
- Printed voucher: A printed version of your voucher must be presented when you pick up the car. Failure to present it may result in an additional charge.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Costs for any additional drivers and extra equipment need to be paid when you pick up the car. Please bear those costs in mind when charging your credit card. If you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the card, or the card is not in the main driver's name, the staff may refuse to release the car. If this happens, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Where can I find my rental car's insurance coverage?
Check your voucher for the insurance details of your rental car.

Can I pick up the car at one location and return it at another location?
Yes. You can pick up and return the car at different places. However, you will be charged a one-way fee. All types of fees that you have to pay (one way fees or other additional fees) will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
After you pick up the car, please contact the rental provider directly if you want to return it to another location. You can find the telephone number in the rental agreement that was signed when picking up the car, as well as on the Klook voucher.
