- The added value stays valid for 2 years after the last transaction. If you top up within the 7-year validity, the card's value will be extended automatically
- Top-up your card with 100-4,000 THB at any BTS ticket office or partner shop using your passport/ID and phone number
- Refund any remaining balance at the Rabbit Card Service Center, Phaya Thai Station (Exit 1-2), open daily from 08:00 to 20:00
